SHEAR FORCE TRANSMISSION BETWEEN TWO REINFORCED CONCRETE ELEMENTS WITH JOINTS
Safe and easy transfer of shear forces between two reinforced concrete components that are separated by an expansion joint? It’s easy with the shear force dowel systems from Pakon, available from AVI.
The simple design, consisting of a dowel and a sleeve, simplifies the planning process and enables quick installation on site. The extensive range of shear force dowels covers a wide variety of applications. With the heavy-duty shear force dowel systems, it is also possible to transfer high shear forces across a defined joint while at the same time allowing the components to be moved in and across the joint direction. The focus here is on the safe and restraint-free transfer of shear forces between the reinforced concrete components. The shear force dowel systems offer reliable quality and meet the highest safety and cost-effectiveness requirements.
