Thermokorb® ^XII-TK

The load-bearing thermal insulation element with an insulation thickness of 120 mm

The insulating balcony connector Thermokorb® ^XII-TK is a loadbearing connecting component with an insulation thickness of 120 mm to be installed between reinforced concrete building elements. It improves thermal insulation at the junction of interior and exterior reinforced concrete building components. The Thermokorb® ^XII-TK is used to transfer bending moments and shear forces with increased thermal requirements.

X II TK Einbau en 1 — Cantilevered balcony slab with XII-TKM G-G ribs

The XII-TKM G-G is used when the balcony slab and floor slab are at the same level. Moments and forces can be transferred in all directions.

X II TK Einbau en 2 — Cantilevered balcony slab with TKM G-E ribs

The XII-TKM G-E is used for an internal element slab. Negative moments as well as positive and negative shear forces can be transferred.

X II TK Einbau en 3 — Balcony with slight downward levelling with XII-TKM G-E rib

The XII-TKM G-E is used with a small downward leap in level. Negative moments as well as positive and negative shear forces can be transferred.

X II TK Einbau en 11 — Cantilever slab connection - top wall with XII-TKA G-V1 or V2

The XII-TKA G-V1 or V2 is used for an upward wall connection. Moments and shear forces of up to 5 ribs per metre can be transmitted.

X II TK Einbau en 10 — Cantilever slab connection - bottom wall with XII-TKA G-V1 or V2

The XII-TKA G-V1 or V2 is used for a wall connection at the bottom. Moments and shear forces of up to 5 ribs per metre can be transmitted.

X II TK Einbau en 12 — Balcony with level jump upwards with XII-TKA G-V1 or V2

The XII-TKA G-V1 or V2 is used for upward levelling. Moments and shear forces can be transmitted with up to 5 ribs per metre.

The XII-TKA G-V1 or V2 is used for downward levelling. Moments and shear forces can be transmitted with up to 5 ribs per metre.

The XII-TKA V0-E or TKA V0-G is used for a parapet connection without moments.

X II TK Einbau en 5 — Cantilever slab connection - top wall with free special mould WO

The special shape WO is used for an upward wall connection. Negative moments as well as positive and negative shear forces can be transferred.

The special form WU is used for a wall connection at the bottom. Negative moments as well as positive and negative shear forces can be transferred.

X II TK Einbau en 7 — Cantilever slab connection - balcony with level jump upwards with free special mould NO

The special shape NO is used for an upward levelling step. Negative moments as well as positive and negative shear forces can be transferred.

X II TK Einbau en 8 — Cantilever slab connection - balcony with level jump downwards with free special mould NU

The special shape NU is used for a level jump downwards. Negative moments as well as positive and negative shear forces can be transferred.

The special shape DO is used for an upward roof connection. The insulating body is arranged horizontally. Moments can be transmitted in one direction and forces in all directions.

X II TK Einbau en 15 — Wall version with XII-TKA G-V1 or V2 and XII-TKM G-G

XII-TKA G-V1 or V2 and XII-TKM G-G are used in a vertical arrangement in wall panels. Depending on the type, moments and shear forces can be transmitted.

X II TK Einbau en 9 — Cantilevered balcony slab with split XII-TKF E-E rib

The XII-TKF E-E is used for balconies made of element panels. The lower part is inserted into the prefabricated balcony element and is lower than the mounting lattice girder. The upper part is added on site.
