COMPACT IMPACT SOUND BEARING FOR STAIR FLIGHTS WITH JOINT WIDTHS OF UP TO 80 MM

The impact sound insulation system TSS is versatile and also suitable for straight and spiral precast staircases. The variable system can be combined with different PHILIPP threaded anchors and thus offers numerous possibilities for various stair inclinations.

Application

The TSS system is an approved system (German approval Z-15.7-332) for the acoustically decoupled support of reinforced concrete components. It can be used to support straight stairs (Fig. 1), spiral stairs (Fig. 2 and Fig. 3) or landings (Fig. 4). It can also be used to support floor slabs (Fig. 5) and slabs with corbels (e.g. for walls with a thermal insulation composite system, Fig. 6). The approval takes into account the use of the system for inside and outside components under predominantly static loads. The possible applications of the system are very versatile thanks to the combination of installation parts and parts set in concrete (Fig. 7).

IMPACT SOUND PROTECTION SYSTEM (TSS)

Composition

The TSS system consists of several individual components and is suitable for both indoor use (galvanised version) and outdoor use (stainless steel version). The system consists of a threaded anchor, a threaded bolt and the actual bearing element for each support. This in turn consists of several components that are supplied pre-assembled.
